What we do

What we don't do
- We do not bypass, unlock, or flash devices ourselves
- We never ask for your account password
- Unverified or suspicious requests are declined

This verification process is available exclusively to the legitimate owner of a locked device. Stolen or unauthorized device requests are declined and may be reported to law enforcement. By submitting a request you declare lawful ownership under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
Data we collect & why
We collect your IMEI, device model, uploaded proof of purchase, and (optionally) ID document solely to verify ownership. This data is processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and retained for 12 months. You may request erasure at any time — Privacy Policy.
No bypass service
