1. Nature of Service
Sky-Tech provides professional technical assistance to individuals who are the verified legitimate owners of locked mobile devices. Our service is comparable in nature to a licensed automotive locksmith: we assist the owner in regaining access to property that is rightfully theirs.
We do not facilitate unauthorised access to devices belonging to third parties. Every request undergoes an ownership verification process before any work begins. Requests that cannot be verified are declined.
2. No Manufacturer Affiliation
Sky-Tech is an independent technical services company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised service provider of Samsung Electronics, Apple Inc., Huawei Technologies, Google LLC, or any other device manufacturer or platform operator. Product names (Samsung, Apple, Huawei, iPhone, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely for technical identification purposes.
3. No Guarantee of Success
While our technicians have a high success rate, we cannot guarantee that every bypass session will be successful for every device model and firmware version. Factors outside our control — including manufacturer software updates, network issues, or device hardware faults — may affect the outcome. If we are unable to complete a service, a full session fee refund is issued. See our Terms & Conditions for the full refund policy.
4. Data & Device Risk
Some bypass procedures may result in the erasure of data stored on the device (e.g., factory reset as part of FRP removal). You are solely responsible for backing up any data before the session. Sky-Tech is not liable for data loss that occurs as part of the standard bypass process or as a result of the user following instructions incorrectly. See our Terms, Section 10 for liability limitations.
5. Legal Compliance Statement
Sky-Tech operates in full compliance with applicable law. Our services are provided exclusively to verified owners and do not constitute:
- Unauthorised access to computer systems (EU Directive 2013/40/EU, §202a StGB, UK Computer Misuse Act 1990, US CFAA 18 U.S.C. §1030)
- Circumvention of technological protection measures for infringing purposes (EU Copyright Directive, DMCA §1201)
- Handling stolen property (we actively check and decline blacklisted devices)
- Any form of fraud, identity theft, or financial crime
We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests in accordance with applicable legal process requirements.
6. Professional Expertise
Our admin technicians are trained specialists with professional expertise in mobile device security systems. They use proprietary, purpose-built software tools developed for legitimate device recovery use cases. These tools and the knowledge to use them safely are the core of our professional service. When a technician exercises an administrative override of a credential check, they do so on the basis of a professional ownership assessment interview — equivalent to how a locksmith may verify identity before cutting a key. The technician bears personal professional responsibility for override decisions.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, manufacturer support pages). These are provided for convenience only. Sky-Tech has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content or practices of third-party sites. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement.
